Description of Issue: User Does Not Have Security Level Required to Unprepare Already Printed Checks

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Figure out which role needs the permission. For this case, I used APM role (that is Nicole’s main role)
  2. Go to Enterprise – System – Security – Roles – Define Roles
    1. Select appropriate role (APM)
    2. Select System Privileges button

  1. Use the filter button and search for “unprepare” in the description field
    1. Verify the checkbox is selected. If unchecked, check the box and close.

  1. Verify NSTOLL user to make sure the check box flowed thru to her user.
    1. Go to Enterprise – System – Security – Users – User Maintenance
    2. Select NSTOLL and click on System Privileges tab and filter for “unprepare”
      1. The box is checked and greyed out (meaning this can only be modify at the role level)
